Nobody cared or cares about this fight...why would they? Donkey Wilder will fight Cliff Couser after he returns form surgery in a year and PBC will go bust.

I wish more people watched this kid, I like his personality and he puts on a good show most fights.

        this is disappointing.

an american undefeated heavyweight champion with such a gaudy undefeated record and impressive ko % should be drawing more numbers.

        i think its wilder's personality.

        he's not an endearing athlete.

It's a very poor number for free network TV.

well that's being very optimistic. unfortunately networks don't think like that and are pulling their hair out and committing suicide left and right for trusting haymon

It's not really good though when the numbers are considered below average. This was primetime Fox TV, not Fox Sports1 or some cable channel.

I was hoping/expecting a lot more, I thought it would be well over 2m considering he is an American Heavyweight champion. I want to see Wilder get huge numbers so if/when a Wilder vs Joshua fight goes down it will be a massive event that draws in casuals and new fans to the sport.

I didn't see any promotion for this fight though so I'm sure that played a role. If I wasn't a hardcore fan that always checks the monthly schedule I would have had no idea this fight was going down.

I think it's better that not many watched....that was a putrid card.....

They should save these type of cards for subscription networks, for people who will watch any boxing....i really dont get how they don't do more all out slugger(in their prime) matchups in free tv...PBC matchmaker is stealing a living.

They would if he fought someone worth a damn.
