            As a lot of proven/elite guys have either retired or lost in the last year or so there aren't that many guys with really impressive resumes left, so the eye test comes into more than it used to. I would go with Ward at #1, I'm not convinced he's as good as he was but I'd still lean towards him beating Kovalev, Stevenson, Golovkin for now.

              P4p list is at a bit of a crossroads. With long time names dropping off due to retirement, the current list has no consensus #1 and a lot of guys who aren't really established or haven't had those career defining fights. It's the type of list that isn't really worth arguing over.
