    What do they mean about a rematch? Why would there be a rematch if he broke the guy's jaw in 2 rounds?

                                In all honestly i think he also may have broken Nonitos orbital bone in the 12th round. He literally breaks bones. Now it will be almost impossible to get anyone in the ring with him.
