One should study their animal history before making such statements. I am a big cat trainer and part owner of a big cat sanctuary in Lancaster , CA, and when on rare occasions the two cats mix it up, the lion's always win!!
I have traveled the world picking up big cats from people who neglect the lions and tigers, and the story is the same, when they fight, the lions usually win. It's not just my opinion , it's attested parenthetical fact.

If you look at the anatomy of a lion they have a mane, and the purpose of the mane is to deflect potentially lethal blows from other predators, while tigers usually weigh a little more than lions, lions are by far the better fighters, and as I have witnessed, have more heart!!!

People should stop complaining. Both dudes getting paid nice cash, UK fans are excited to see a true P4P fighter in their nation fighting and the Kazakhs will see their national hero fight a good boxer. All those complaining, its simple... dont watch.
