Check out these responses to a possible Floyd vs Garcia fight. Now look at the responses in here. Floyd vs. Garcia is a cherry pick but Pacquiao vs. Garcia is a great fight? Some of the excuses in that thread are "the guy that got beat by herrera" "he lost to Peterson" "all of Garcia wins are gifts" So I guess losing to Herrera and Peterson earns you a Pacquiao fight but not a Mayweather fight.

Is Mayweather so much better than Pacquiao that a Mayweather vs Garcia or Broner is a mismatch but a Pacquiao vs Garcia or Broner fight is competitive? Or is it that people want to see Pacquiao beat up guys that aren't worthy to step in the ring with Floyd?

For me it's about the styles, Floyd would just pick Garcia apart in a boring one sided fight. Manny would come at Danny and give opportunities for Danny to counter and maybe land a bomb. I still think Manny dominates him but it would be infinitely more exciting than a Floyd vs Garcia fight.

It's not surprising...everyone knows floyd is a better fighter than pac, even pact@rds know deep down. There's always been 2 separate standards for them. What's seen as a good competitive fight for pac is often seen as a easy fight for floyd.

This is a good point...for sheer excitement, manny vs any fighter is most likely gonna be more exiting than floyd vs that fighter.

Yeah pretty much every common fighter they've faced Manny has been in the more exciting fight because technically he's not as good and Floyd is just way too good defensively.
I wanna see the Garcia fight though because Danny just pulls fights out somehow and Manny is getting up there in age so it could be an upset. Or Manny could school the kid and show he's still one of the best. We all know how a Floyd -Garcia fight goes with Danny looking ****** by round 3 flailing all over the place and missing and getting countered to death until he just shuts down completely

Pacquiao is a midget who climbed up to welterweight. I'd let it slide.

But in all honesty, I think the fight would be more exciting. That's the biggest reason.

What is Danny's best win at Welterweight? Paulie or Guerrero? What is Broner's best win at welterweight? Paulie? Vargas would beat both of those guys. It's my opinion that Vargas is better than Broner and Garcia. He had a chance to prove it by fighting Brook but the fight didn't happen. Garcia and Broner have done nothing at welterweight to make anyone think they're better than Vargas.

i disagree...Vargas vs both would be must see tv,guaranteed action. But i think Vargas loses to both
