OAKLAND, CA - Two-Time World Champion and top-rated pound-for-pound fighter Andre Ward (28-0, 15 KOs) and number one rated IBF light heavyweight contender Sullivan Barrera (17-0, 12 KOs) will collide at the Oracle Arena in Oakland.

I remember reading about the second weigh in hours before the fight and Ward was 186.

    Who's the ****ing moron now?
Weigh-in rules only seemingly count for title fights, lol.

Now you need to show that Ward weighed 186 for the 2nd day weigh in for your claim HBO showed that weight.
The fight had a second weigh in because it was an eliminator bout. As you can read in the rules. Whether it was enforced to the 10lbs limit or not I don't know. But like I said I can remember incorrectly. If so it's my mistake.

Fortunately, good fighters as GGG, Pacquiao or Kovalev never refuse a fight night weight because they got nothing to hide.

Others like Mayweather, Canelo etc.. hide they real fight night weight.
Why Mayweather would hide his fight night weight, i mean, he is never the bigger guy in the ring.

I could find the info now. Yes, I was confused. 185 was for the second day weigh in and 186 for fight night weight. The second weigh in existed, of course.

It's another proof that you can make weight after the IBF second weigh in. Barrera added 3.5 pounds and Ward 1 pound. Lemieux added five pounds etc...

He wasn't the smaller man against Pacquiao. He wants to fool people to increase his myth. "I beat Canelo while weighin 150".. nah, you were close to 155/160.

They weigh them on an unofficial scale shortly before the fight. The weight can be misleading. The fighters get on the scare wearing what they will fight in. That includes boxing shoes, gloves, trunks, and foul protector. That stuff combined probably weighs 3 or 4 pounds. They don't take that off the weight they give you.The fighters don't weigh stripped down like they do at the weight in. That's one reason the weight gain often seems so huge. The weight gain they tell is probably 3 or 4 pounds more than the fighter really gained from the weigh in to the fight.

They both made the 147 limit so?

So HBO didn't show the IBF 2nd weigh-in, it was HBO scale weights.

Funny thing is it was Golovkins fight night weight Laced Up said HBO just guesses.
