Yep. Still wouldn't mind seeing a couple bigger fights for Rigo, with name fighters. Something he can retire comfortably on.Nah. He got knocked off balance and pushed down, he utterly battered Amagasa for the remainder of the fight. The fight got stopped with Amagasa looking like this;
He's definitely getting old and will become more beatable with every passing fight, but the Rigondeaux from that fight still beats anyone around that weight.Comment

Friend, just keep waving that flag. Few are buying your spiel.I'm not questioning that he beat Amagasa for the rest of the fight, but in round 7 clearly Rigondeaux was hurt and almost stopped, to say otherwise would be daft. Clearly he was dropped with a clean right hand, got up, was hurt and held on for dear life.
People want to act like this never happened. I like Rigondeaux a lot as a fighter but the guy is ripe to be beaten.Comment

I have never seen so much damage to a face of a fighter in this low weight 122 Rigo could ****.I'm not questioning that he beat Amagasa for the rest of the fight, but in round 7 clearly Rigondeaux was hurt and almost stopped, to say otherwise would be daft.
