Froch was way too big for GGG.

GGG is same size as Brook. Froch is 6'1½ of pure British prime beef.

      Exactly.

      Around the 3:20 mark.

        Froch didn't want that work.

That was AFTER Froch retired. When they were first in talks, Froch had NOT retired yet. That was in early 2015. This video was almost at the end of the year. Once Froch retired, he wanted 172 because he couldnt make 168 anymore. The first time around Golovkin agreed to all of Froch's demands and instead he retired.

That's a better one. Asked if he would fight ggg at the 9:40 mark. "Swerve him like the plague, punches like a mule". Not sure how much more clear it can get that froch wanted no part of ggg.

Yes that's why boxing has height divisions.

              Brook - 156
              Golovkin - 170
Froch used to weigh around 175 for fights.

Froch = too big for Golovkin
Brook = same size as Golovkin

              Great logic there.

Froch was still champion at 168 when they first spoke. Golovkin was willing to face him at 168, in the UK, with Froch getting the lion's share of money and everything else, and then he retired.
Froch retired because he'd wrapped up his career.

So we would have liked to see him fight GGG but look at it from his perspective.

He'd fought just about everyone, was 37 and was starting to lose his motivation. He beat Groves in the rematch and made a fortune and he was already financially set before that.

Say he beats GGG so what he was an unproven middleweight.

Next up oh he needs to fight degale now and prove he's the best in the UK

Oh now he needs to beat badou jack though

Wait still need to rematch ward.

Oh now it's time to go up to 175 and fight kovalev

Now we need to see how he does against Stevenson.

Oh but wait up there's this guy coming through bertibiev

Oh now there's this awesome young kid back down at 168.

                  See what I mean?

Froch made the smart choice and got out when he'd had enough and after the career he had I don't see how anyone can slate him. He took one gimme fight in about a 10 fight streak where he was underdog in almost every fight

Dude your being desperate. There was no hint of him being sarcastic there. The interviewer said love your honesty and he didn't even say anything like he was joking.
