Brook is a cherry pick for GGG. But brook was too risky for Floyd where is the high standards Floyd is supposedly held to?

you individuals who have decided to say that Floyd ducked - or would duck - Brook..... are very special indeed LMAO

you should be treasured, and located together, in a very special place.....

Nobody who had even the smallest clue would agree with that idiocy.

You guys are SHOOK, and DESPERATE..... is all I can put it down to

Incredible. I wouldn't be surprised neither who wins the fight. Really, not suprisred AT ALL.

A this point if caveman Golovkin doesn't land one of his shots it's anyone's fight.
Revisionism at its best. Prior to undefeated Porter losing to Brook he was the next big thing in the WW division. Pretty much like Spence is now. People on these boards had him as an outstanding favorite because Brook had struggled with Carson Jones. Now Porter has a 2 in the loss column he is totally diminished. and how is Brook a domestic club WW? because you say so? I don't believe everything boxing journalists tell me but I'd pay more attention to them than you and most of them have Brook as either the best or at least a top 3 WW. Domestic Club WW - get out of here with that laughable biased crap.

None of these fighters are bums. Or cab drivers. Just there are levels. But there are fighters at MW, most in fact, who don't care to find out what level they are at compared to Golovkin.

Only Ward, Eubank and Lara have said they would definitely fight Golovkin 'now' and I only pay any creedance to the words of Ward even though he wanted warmups first.

So according to you every other fighter at MW is a bum? That is non-sensical at best and ****** at worst. I'm on record saying that the hype around Golovkin is way too much compared to his ability and track record. He's a great fighter but he will get beaten at some point as I think he will start to believe the hype around him. So how come all the other fighters don't want to be the one to get the credit? Pathetic! Much credit to Brook.

I agree with you, in principle..... but not in specifics.

you got the far left (Golovkin is great)..... and you got the far right (Golovkin is a bum)..... but as always, the truth is somewhere in the middle.

But yea, I think you got the slider a little too far to the left.

CLEARLY a terrific fighter, but CLEARLY manufactured.

The problem is..... the lies, oh those many many lies.....

..... and the excuses..... wow, those many many excuses LMAO

The latest example of a Golov-lie.....

            before selecting Brook:
            Kell Brook is too small

            after selecting Brook:
Kell Brook is my biggest test

The latest example of a golov-excuse.....

            before negotiating with Canelo:
GGG would have no problem fighting at a cw against Alvarez.....

            after negotiating with Canelo:
            160, or NO fight

I'm sure you get his point.

GGG just turned into the same guy a lot of these guys have been praising for years. Sucks he doesn't represent the same flag or color. This fight is shit but it's still better than Ward vs Brand.

i miss the good old days, when the golovkin discussions were about his tremendous english.

Well it's actually not that funny, Golovkin actually has a point here. MW is such a weak division that compared to the guys he has fought (not the guys like Saunders, Eubank, Jacobs)...yes, a case can be made that Kell Brook is actually a higher level fighter than anyone else on Golovkin's resume, just not at MW, at WW...but still a better fighter skillwise

                    • Pussie g is a bytch. He just fought bum ass Wade his last fight. And now is making a 147 pounder move up. I can't make this up. Now he is saying this is his best test?

That's a damn shame when someone is two divisions below is your toughest challenge.
