I am a Golovkin fan & I agree he is not P4P #1.. I like Ward, but for sure he isn't #1 either because of the obvious reasons of inactivity & level of opponents post super 6.. One cannot make the strongest case for both of these guys to be #1 however good they are/were.. if Ward beats Kovalev, he needs to be #1 & anyone who questions that is plain ******..
Also, p4p is biased too.. Klitschko was on that list until he lost, the man who beats him does not even make it to the list..
As I said earlier, this is one man's opinion & he is entitled to it..
