Poor Wade. The problem with the IBF is that they list the #1 as an interim "champ" which is why #2 is always empty. Meaning #3 can automatically or I guess pressured to automatically be #1 even though there's no "Interim" or "#1" spot bout like the WBC or "regular" WBA.
