Chilemba troubled Kovalev with his jab/movement, and Kova couldn't finish him.

Andre Ward has one of the most educated jabs in the game.

I definitely wanted a more-skilled opponent for Ward next, someone like Fonfara or even Chilemba would have been perfect..... and 2 more fights before Kovalev would have been ideal..... but Ward has one of the most educated jabs in the game, superb ringIQ/timing, and he can adjust on the fly to whatever is happening in front on him.

And Ward is tough, way tougher than people think.

Kovalev and Ward haven't signed to fight each other yet. How could they when both had fights with other opponents signed already?

Ward fighting another blown up SMW journeyman next doesn't lead me to believe he is ready to fight Kovalev this year, if ever.

He's just annoying. I'm a fan of GGG but this guy is probably the number one reason he gets so much hate from the people on here. He's always opening his mouth. You hardly ever hear GGG say something himself, it's always this guy yapping....

And yeah, I know he has other fighters but he did before GGG and we never heard from him. Hopefully it goes back to that..

Chilemba is severely underrated. He can beat Stevenson and most others.. besides gvozdyk, beterbiev, and ward

Based on what I've seen from Beterbiev so far I really think Chilemba would beat him too. I haven't seen Gvozdyk yet.
