The fight wasn't already signed...Arum just like Murad Muhammad before him was determined to not put Pac in with a pure boxer like Raheem. Thankfully Muhammad is on record confirming and admitting that. Do I think Raheem was the greatest thing since sliced bread....no but he probably would of beat Pac at that time!
