Brook might hit harder at at 160 but GGG can take it. Not sure brooks chin will be any better at 160, but then again they hit harder at 160.

That's whylittle guys like brook or Floyd dont wan t to fight 160 guys under normal circumstances

Kell Brook may have **** diet habits when not in fight camp but, when primed and fit, he's made the 147lb limit for the vast majority of his career and I doubt that he even walks into the ring on fight night at 160lbs.

I agree GGG will have a way bigger size advantage over Brook then what Floyd had over Marquez , when you add the fact that GGG wants us to include him in the 168 pound division. I'm thinking 10 to 15 pounds for Floyd over Marquez and 20 to 30 pounds advantage for GGG over Brook. I have a lot of respect for Floyd's career just one or two subjects I don't agree with out of his entire career. I know boxing , Golovkin don't deserve to be in the same sentence as a Floyd or Marquez. GGG is still in the minor leagues to me.

I also agree with you that Brook can make 147 , he should of just faced VARGAS since GGG didn't want to meet him in the middle at a CW. Brook vs. VARGAS would of been a great highly competitive 50/50 fight with the winner getting Garcia or Thurman on CBS.

Mayweather having 15lbs on a re-hydrated JMM (who weighed in at 143lbs) would put Mayweather's weight well into the 160s; the highest that Mayweather's ever been weighed at, on any scale, was the 159lbs that he had in the lead-up to his match with Big Show (and even that weight came with Floyd fully dressed in heavy denim and shoes, ice around his neck, and a fat wad of money in his pocket).

Brook made the decision that he made, from the outside looking in, almost strictly over money (once it was made clear that he wouldn't have to give up his 147 title, the decision became easier; with Vargas getting $1.7m for the fight, and the timing of things leaning towards Brook-Vargas not being Sky Box Office and hurting Brook's money, Brook chose the fight that would deliver him the best money.

I just hope these HBO approved criminal mismatches doesn't get a fighter killed in the ring one day.
