Floyd elbowed JMM and then shoved him to the canvas. JMM also looked like a fat slob in that fight too......diet of tacos to gain weight.

Alexander Brand....lol, what is this, the circus?
Its FMJ fault JMM ate a diet of tacos? Don't remember FMJ weighing 154 for any JMW(why because he knew it wasn't in his best interest) Any one who says they know boxing could tell the difference in the skills. There is a reason JMM didn't want a rematch.

I could careless about Brand, I as a fan of boxing look at the bigger picture. Kovalev in November, Ward could fight who he wants to shake the rust off.

My question to you skeptics, why does it make a difference?
Don't remember FMJ fighting a JMW before fighting DLH. When you are as good as they are you can do this. Why do you so called boxing fans doubt a man who hasn't lost since he was 12 years old. Pretty sure he knows the boxing game better, so please refrain because you are not the expert that he is.

No its not like Floyd-Marquez at all. For one Floyd was retired 2 years and at home chilling not even thinking about boxing. Marquez was the #2 P4P fighter in the world, arguably beat Pac, and just KO'd Diaz...they put the mic in his face and what are the words that came out his mouth?!

I want Mayweather, I want to fight the best!

Another difference is Mayweather is not a big, strong, KO puncher....floyd is a 100% pure boxer and nobody was concerned that Marquez health was on the line against Floyd. People like you claimed Marquez would win cause he is a better counterpuncher than Floyd. What you saw in that fight however is that Marquez does nothing better than Floyd. That was 100% skill son, Size had nothing to do with it and till this day you have never heard Marquez say he loss cause Floyd was too big. He says Floyd dont like to fight...meaning wont trade with him!!

Kell would have a better chance if he was facing anyone other than The African Assassin. Just ask Andre "The Cow" Ward who moved 2 weight classes away from GGG and has denounced how roots to Africa in attempt of bettering his chances should GGG come looking for him again.

and the size. especially the knockdown had a lot to do with the size. Floyd hasn't been dropping guys that are full welters like Berto, Maidana, etc

Actually it is close to the same. Like you said Marquez asked for Mayweather just like Brook called out GGG right before Canelo fought Khan.

Just Floyd was going to give Marquez a catchweight to be more fair then he completely blew off the weight and still came in at 146.

Size was Floyd's reach advantage and the reason why Marquez got dropped. Floyd didn't drop welters his own size like Maidana, Berto etc who have been dropped by several other welterweights but not by Floyd.

No argument that Floyd isn't better than Marquez because he is but you are very biased to think jumping up two weight divisions didn't affect Marquez.

Marquez became a much more effective fighter at the higher weights by dropping back to 135 and then worked his way up to 140 and then 147 and even to this day he still is small at 47

Size had nothing to do with knockdown. He got caught with a hook and it was a flash knockdown, Marquez wasn't hurt or out on his feet. If it was size he wouldn't have made it 12 rounds. You and others act like FMJ outweighed Marquez by 15 lbs instead of 2 or 3..

You talking like FMJ is a full fledged WW. If he was he would put on more than 3-4 pounds on fight nights. Berto and Maidana weigh more like 165 fight night so that's not a good comparison.

Based on the two fights being compared on this board:
-Brook vs. GGG & Marquez vs. Floyd-

                  (WW 147)Brook vs. (MW 160)GGG
                  -TWO FULL DIVISION'S BELOW-
                  -CHERRY PICK BS MISMATCH-

                  SAME AS

                  (LW 135)MARQUEZ vs. (WW 147)FLOYD
                  -TWO FULL DIVISION'S BELOW-
                  -CHERY PICK BS MISMATCH-

*FLOYD HAS PROVEN TO BE ONE OF THE GREATEST OF THIS ERA , WHILE GGG's ENTIRE CAREER HAS BEEN A JOKE! FLOYD DESERVES CRITISIM , BUT GGG DESERVES WAY WAY WAY MORE CRITISISM!*

                  (154)FLOYD vs. (168)WARD or (168)ZURDO RAMIREZ etc.
                  -TWO FULL DIVISION'S BELOW-
would also be CHERRY PICK BS MISMATCHES-

-Their are weight classes for a reason-
If you chose to move up 1 division on your own that's cool , but when you make a guy jump up 2 divisions , that's not cool.

When Floyd walked into the ring for his fight with Marquez, both men were likely the same size (if anything, within 5lbs of each other).

When walks into the ring and Golovkin fights Brook, Golvokin will likely outweigh the man by 10-15lbs easily.

Kell Brook may have **** diet habits when not in fight camp but, when primed and fit, he's made the 147lb limit for the vast majority of his career and I doubt that he even walks into the ring on fight night at 160lbs.

who said FMJ puts on 3-4 lbs on fight night lol. Try 10-15. Why didn't he make the 144 lb catchweight for Marquez? He even said that he didn't want to suck those 2 pounds.

Why do you think that he never steps on the scale day of the fight to let us know what he weighs
