GGG fought in April this year.

K2 didn't send any contract to Eubank. It was Eubank's promoter, Eddie Hearn, who sent an offer to GGG.

Golovkin accepted the offer, then Eubank spent a month haggling with his own promoter over some bullshit till Hearn got fed up arguing with him and offered the fight to Brook instead.
