We got a little more information why the GGG/Eubank negotiations broke down from the other side. This was good information. And it's hard not to see it from Loefler's point-of-view because he's been jerked around in negotiations before. At some point, they had to draw a line in the sand...& the Eubanks weren't willing to cross that line. All the criticism for the Eubanks is deserved. Even knowing that GGG/Brook is a mismatch, that won't change the fact that GGG is a heavy favorite over all the guys who are left except Canelo (maybe). It would have been a mismatch unless he fought someone at 168 (except no willing dance partners at that weight right now either). So, GGG doesn't have that much more opponents available to him. You know, it's kind of reminiscent of when Roy Jones Jr. or Hopkins were struggling to fight quality opponents.
