He's probably the best ***ing fighter he has on his resume.

    But still, shouldn't happen.

I roasted Canelo for Khan and I am not happy at all with this fight despite being a huge GGG fan, even though Brook is huge and can be considered a 154 pounder.
If GGG/Canelo fight Rigo who no matter maybe the most skilled fighter in this world but it cannot be considered even a win on your resume let alone a good win for obvious reasons.
I can't imagine how GGG and Abel accepted this fight. Maybe Eubank declined and betrayed at the end time and they were left with no opponent for a fight in September.

As someone said, GGG walked down a HUGE Lemieux who finds it hard to make 160, there is no way he should be fighting smaller opponents.

brook barely beat porter in an ugly fight. no way he is a good win for GGG. this boxing business is ruining everything. i hope brook is smarter than khan and takes a knee if things get bad (which they will)

Hell no. Just some more Low Risk/High Reward Loeffler bull**** to milk his cow before father time strikes.

The #1 Welterweight vs the #1 Middleweight. Sounds like a matchup out of the 1950's. No problem here on my side. I've watched Robinson move up to MW to beat LaMotta 4 times. These new fan needs to learn their damn history or shut the hell up.

I got Brook by 10th round stoppage.

To me a win over Brook for GGG is as good of a win as Floyd had over Marquez.

Mosley jumped two divisions and beat Oscar.

Brook is the best opponent GGG has ever fought and will get more credit than Floyd did for beating Marquez at a catchweight he missed.

                I got Brook winning.

You know the answer to that question. The match-up is outrageous. GGG increases his UK profile, but that's where the benefit ends. I wonder how many will come out to see the mismatch.

No, not in terms of resume. Good for UK exposure and all that, but as far as wins go, it proves nothing.

The only thing this fight can prove is how good Brook is. If he makes it the full 12 rounds, even if he loses, is a big win for Brook!

In resume terms? No. He's destroying real middleweights. Brook is a big welterweight but he's still too small for Golovkin.
