Granted there ain't no doctors in mexico and probably no hospitals just barrio medicine men and drug cartel induced maniacs giving medical opinions. Hopefully Gilbo can get to the USA for a real doctor with a real medical degree and not some burro riding charlatan with cactus powder and tequila.
