instilling a level of fear in other world champions to the degree that they will willingly give up their titles rather than face you is "far from impressive"??

Especially pacquio who moved through 8 divisons, but never unified a division.

      So what's more important?

Floyd was 1 title away from being undisputed at 147 just last year and nobody praised him for it.

      So what's more important?
the difference is other than 135, where Pac clearly cherry-picked David Diaz title, he actually fought legit competition at 140 and 147...........

yeah resume and the lineal title are more important.

undisputed is a nice to have but its so hard to get all 3-4 belts these days and satisfy everyone with mandatory defenses and chit. I dont put much importance on it. Only thing is if you have been in the same division for like 5+ years and youre not atleast unified champ with 2+ belts you should atleast try but moving up in weight and fighting the best are more important.

GGGs win are simply better, even if he hasn't exactly fought atgs but he has fought the best opposition his division can offer...barring those who turned him down of course.

It's just too easy for guys to move up in weight these days.

Loma beating russell is > than golovkin beating Lemieux to me.

Loma and Gary were both undefeated hot shots. Prime vs prime.

That doesn't take away from golovkin being the middleweight king. But im more impressed with Lomachenko

Guys like Broner have won 3-4 titles in different classes and has never beaten anyone worth a damn... I'd rather be the top dog in my division then move up and beat the worse champion of the next division...

If you move up and fight the best guy then you deserve to be praised...

We just seen floyd hold 3 out of 4 belts at welterweight and nobody gave a damn.

Now those same people applaud gennady having 3 out of 4 belts while fighting no hoper's

the lower weights had respectable opposition. But 135 and 154 were laughable

                      How do you rate him
Like I said, there are exceptions. Manny had an insane career, but had he become undisputed at one of those weight classes he would rank higher than I have him now. I can say the same for Floyd. About the only real knock I have on either guys career considering either could of done it if they wanted too, or at least attempted to.
