Compare Chilemba to a more known fighter. How good is this guy?

Like others have said he's pretty underrated. Good, solid all rounder who'll give anyone at light heavy a good night's work. I also thought he edged the first Tony Bellew fight.

Not the biggest puncher though, even if he looks like a young George Foreman.

Exactly who I was gonna say. Stylistically different of course, but that kind of guy - tough, tricky, - never gives anyone an easy night.

Well if you want to compare him to a more well known fighter, he is basically a very poor version of Hopkins or Ward, in the sense that he can make fights ugly and negate his opponents well...but doesn't really have the know how to win top fights.

His draw against Bellew is his top achievement.

It would be mighty impressive if Sergey dispatched him with ease.

I'd say B-Hop or Ward not as good but stylistically they're who I think he compares too best.

Well schooled, defensively very sound. I wouldn't say he was slick but he's very crafty and can adapt well.
I think he probably gives anybody at LHW a good fight.

I suspect he'll hang about & have his moments.

... his style is closer to B-Hop's than Ward's... Chilemba is good at rolling with punches and assessing the opponent's moves... He doesn't hold that speed in jumping in and out as Ward does...

it's possible that he'll make kovalev look bad at points and stink out the joint, BUT he's basically perfect prep for ward. i think kovalev coming off the back of an educational chilemba fight will be yet another advantage over ward, who will be coming off a waste of time tune-up with brand
