      OP,

Vasyl is doing a shoe shine. Basically, it's alternating punches and using light, quick torque of the hips and shoulders.

When the left uppercut is thrown, the right shoulder comes back a bit, and then that creates a kind of pendulum momentum to throw the right uppercut. That way you can throw punches in quick succession.

It was one of the first bag/shadow boxing drills I learned at the gym. A quick flurry to the body, maybe 4-5 punches, then follow up with a hard hook to the head.

Scientifically speaking, that effect is created from a "zero point," which is, essentially speaking; a paradox. That's why you're not used to seeing it. In biology it can only be manifested through a combination of full relaxation balanced with a fast twitch explosiveness comparable to a rifle shot. Only super athletes like Bruce Lee, Ray Robinson and Bo Jackson had capabilities like that. Lomachenko is capable of producing flashes of zero point but he's not a true thoroughbred. Calm down.

If we can incorporate Mayweather into the discussion as well then it will meet all the criteria

Because sugarkainehook is obviously biased towards non american fighters.

            Not sure about race tough...

            I mean, c'mon Larry, you're defending a troll.

It's just like stating to HBO that they are biased towards "slick" black fighters wich is more than obvious.

And Lampley answering as the hypocrit he's :" hell, you're the one to bring up the race card".

More than 3 punches to the body is exposing himself a lot unless you have your opponent lying against the rope, your head located in his chest.

                he's a 1 in a billion athlete bro

starts at the feet and ends with the hands. there's not a single part of your body thaty isn't in unison if you're moving htat quickly and that accurately.

like i said, he's a one of a kind athlete, given that he's that coordinated and fast, and only has a tiny little body to move around.

Watching that video, damn that's impressive. Lomachenko is slick, the good example of what sweet science is

People were questioning his ethnicity here. I guess, it's obvious that Lomachenko is black while Shawn Porter is Eastern european/Russian

You're severely underrating Bruce Lee by calling him "just an actor" and posting a video of him relaxing on the heavy bag. There are hundreds of videos that show off his amazing speed. His qualifications as both a martial artist (student of Yip Man, opened his own school) and an amazing physical athlete are well documented as well (one inch punch, one finger pushups, dragon flag, etc).

This is a 135 lb athlete:

Also, since you brought in a video of a heavy bag, here's a little read about Bruce Lee and his heavy bags
