It's tough to keep him very active with his high minimum, and the high purses quality opponents would require. The division is heating up, that should help

So he somehow get a narrow SD hitting the guy in the balls the whole fight, failing to make weight (128 1/4 instead of 126).

I would agree with you if the first fight was a KO or at least a UD despite Salido's weight advantage. I saw the fight but wasn't fully focused on it, can't even remember whether it was KO, or went the distance... The ducking accusations on Loma had me looking for the result.

So no, the rematch would be a difficult fight for Salido than the opposite.
