there is a possibility vargas may end up fighting bradly instead, although vargas knows he's an easy fight with anyone with a bit of skill, so he wants to cash out

brook and his manger then instructed hearn to make another offer, which is less than what they initially offered

Dude is to scared to leave the comforts of home. If he was willing to come to the US he'd find there is a slew of guys ready to fight him. With money waiting for him to do it.
