There is a lot of Ortiz fanboys on here that might be upset with you saying that

It's sad that the Teper win over Price hasn't been turned to an NC, they're not gonna do it either they're basically going to make it just look like he deserved that win just like what they did with Tony Thompson win over Price, two known cheaters prospering.
Very sad day for boxing but guys like Floyd Mayweather Jr have basically set that standard that If you cheat you shouldn't be punished in some cases you should be awarded with a TUE.

As far as journeymen go Rossy's actually pretty solid. He should hold a win over Glazkov, and was by all accounts very competitive against Stiverne, knocking Stiverne down en route to a close decision loss.
