You know as much as I don't think the self-entitled prat deserves it I would even take a Kell Brook Vs. Amir Khan fight at this point because Brook has literally prove NOTHING to anyone!!

This guy is a less interesting, less destructive, more gay version of Deontay Wilder yet somehow gets 20x less **** than Wilder.

I'm so confused how so many people who's opinion I respect feel like Kell is the #1 guy at 147. Guy has looked great beating largely bs guys. Spence should be #1 if thats all you gotta do to be #1 cuz he looks like a superhero vs bs guys.

If the Vargas fight can't get made - not forgetting the Diego Chavez fight that went by the wayside - then I have little optimism that a Brook Thurman fight could get made because at this point Thurman is a bigger name and has all the momentum by beating Porter - just as Brook had 2 years ago - but has since lost.

If this is true [and there is always 2 sides to a story ] then Brook is looking less than confident about beating Vargas. He could probably take 1.3 or 1.5 M, beat Vargas and he'd be kingpin at welterweight with 2 belts - instead he is fretting about $ too much.

Spence looks very legit. He looks like he will be the king of WW for the foreseeable future. Brook should make some $ while he still can.

The thing I don't understand is that you figure that Eddie Hearn would already got the money end done on his side first because he promotes Brook. So that's on Eddie Hearn as much as Brook if this fight falls through.

Brook has lost face. People can give Amir Khan all types of hell but the fact is you can't even remotely compare resumes. Amir Khan has been in bigger fights, won more titles, and actually challenges himself to be great.

Brook has hidden in the UK since beating Porter. All he does is call out of fighters and never goes through with the actual fight. Which is embarrassing.

Now he's looking like he might be ducking Jessie Vargas which with all do respect hasnt deserved that type of reputation as a fighter yet. That's not a good look Brook. Hopefully this fight gets resolved because this is a unification fight and finally the names in this stacked division are fighting each other.
