    [QUOTE=Progrssive_Jedi;16834478

And when he went after Froch, I guess that was smaller. When Ward turned down GGG and k2, I guess he was smaller too?

    Suanders must be smaller!

And they made offer to Jacobs, he was smaller too huh?[/QUOTE]
Cmon now, he didn't really go for any of these fighters now did he? He has name dropped them in the past but if he really had a desire to face them the fights would have been made. Either that or his team aren't doing their jobs right in negotiating these big fights. Froch never shied away from anyone and ward is facing a bigger fighter in kovalev at the end of this year so don't bother saying they shat themselves from golovkin

You can't force people to fight for a purse gay won't cause losing money. People hate GGG so much they blame him when guys "swerve him like the plague."

They offered Froch and Chavez big money. Not only did not do it, around that time he said this:

"Just swerve Golovkin like the plague, he punches like a mule. You don't need to be in with him."

They recently approached Jacobs only to be rebuffed and to have Jacobs come out and say in a year or so. I'm not finding links for each guy but dang.

He went after Canelo hard, and Canelo turned him down.p

They called on Quillin in past and he is much bigger.

Wade came in the fight 5 pounds heavier, much longer reach than GGG.

Lemieux can hardly make 160 anymore and came in heavier.

The more the usual suspects hate on Golovkin the larger they make his fan base. Not sure what part of "people love the underdog" some of the folks here don't get. Same ish that they did with Pacquaio, all the hate of these guys actually makes people want to support them. May the best man win if this fight gets made but the same folks who didn't even know who Eubanks Sr was 2 years ago now want to act like Eubanks is their super hero.

Before Setember is over they'll be saying Eubanks is a bum cab driving can of soup.

Its the same as the Khan/Canelo bout. Eubank Jnr has nothing to lose. Grab a big cheque and get your name out there. But all this talk of him winning is absurd.

The fight will be sold on the back of his fathers name. Im sure Snr will take some validation from that. The validation seeking cu*t

Is it really that far fetched?

From the way I see it, Eubank has the perfect
style to fight Golovkin. He's tough, gritty on the inside, great uppercut, nice head movement, fight well of the ropes... Golovkin has power, but Eubank seems pretty durable to me.... And he's no slouch himself... Can Golovkin handle pressure? Can he fight against someone who won't back down? Will he be fast enough to even touch Eubank?

All we have right now to judge him is an eye test. Golovkin hasn't been in the ring with someone like Eubank (please don't say Lemieux), so it's all just speculation.

Big props to Eubanks for taking the Kazakh monster on......but winning is a completely different story and then you have the dinny edgy guy who's hair looks like the end of toilet brush tipping a unproven UK fighter to beat one of the best p4p fighters in the world.....haye stfu and stop talking waffle....Eubanks will land some shots but triple ggg will just eat them and then bring some serious pain to Eubanks ....GOLOVKIN has to much for him

Fight still not signed. Eubank not really eager to sign as he tells the media. His father probably stalling the fight to make more money. If this ain't happening then Eubank is on the coward list.

Lemieux's resume was far better than CEj's is.

"GGG hasn't been in the ring with someone like Eubank." Really? A pressure fighter who can punch, has good reach and good head movement?... Rubio. For **** sake I swear some of you don't watch boxing outside the top 10 guys.

Stevens and Lemieux have FAR, FAR better power than Eubank yet they couldn't even tickle GGG. Rubio is a far more accomplished pressure boxer than Eubank is. And lastly, Martin ****ing Murray is actually proven to be one of the most durable guys in the sport.

Eubank brings nothing that GGG hasn't seen. But on the flipside GGG brings something Eubank hasn't seen. World Class Elite talent.

I think this is going to be an entertaining build up to a one sided beatdown. But I'll enjoy it.
