Slow down. I'd like to see a unified welterweight champion along with every other boxing fan out there. Allow the champions to make some defenses of their title before doing a unification bout.

I'm all for a tune up, a soft defence but Garcia has absolutely exhausted that process. I'm a huge fan of both but this fight needs to happen with 9 months.

I expect Thurman and Garcia would prefer Brook first before lining up each other, a British ppv banker then on to each other, whilst Brook faces guys like Chaves and Rios.
