Breazeale is a relatively untested prospect whose best win is a close competitive slugfest to Amir Mansour. He also has a very disputed win over Fred Kassi that exposed his stylistic failings. Besides that, he's fought no one of note.
Duhaupas in comparison (Wilder's best defence IMO) is a seasoned pro who's had competitive showings against Teper, Charr and Helenius, winning two (knocking out the undefeated Helenius) and narrowly losing the other to a man who was later banned for taking performance enhancing drugs.
Neither man is a bum (neither are Szpilka or Molina really), though Duhaupas is clearly the more proven and experienced contender at this moment.
