According to Dibella, Wilder, like Canelo Avarez, has to have at least 45 pro fights under his belt before he steps up and fights a quality opponent. That means that Wilder has to fight 10 more fights over the next three years before he is ready to fight Joshua.Comment

When you are a world champion, you are not a contender and you are not green. It is possible that Joshua can become more popular and build a bigger following, but Wilder is as popular as he is going to get. No reason why the two of them can't fight within the next year.Comment

IMO Wilder exposes him if the fight happens in the next 2 years. DiBella just wants both fighters to get out of their prime.Comment

He's not faster...that's for sure.
Doesn't throw nearly as many punches.
Does not throw as many combinations.
Has not the stamina...nor the movement.
He had his mouth open in round 3 against Brazealle....a guy that did nothing.Comment

Nobody is going to tell me that AJ does everything better than Wilder.

Does Wilder throw combinations? He swings away, is that considered a combination to you? Joshua throws plenty of combinations when he gets his man on the ropes.
And movement. Please, Wilder's feet are cemented on the ground for large portions of all of his bouts. + he was blowing out of his arse after 6 rounds against SzpilkaComment
