Yeah make it mandatory for Joshua to fight all the best TOP ranked contenders like Parker and Breazeale while Wilder fights Arreola, Spilka and Molina. And Fury fights Klitschko twice.
All credit to the IBF, I would rather it was Haye, but with IBF moving Haye up to number 3, I expect to see Parker defeated by Joshua, Haye then moves up to number 1 contender and they will force Joshua V Haye to happen sometime next year.

The irony of david haye being given a number 3 ranking after fighting 2 guys who were nowhere near even the top 100 ranked hw's, is sublime. The IBF are pure excrement. Who would he have to fight to make him the IBFs number 1 then? david price? Audley harrison? Even bumsquad would have been too embaraseed to fight hayes last 2 opponents. And thats saying something!!!!
IBF again doing its job, how long some of those WBC mandatories going to keep waiting?
Haye will have to win the title eliminator
I'm pretty certain someone at the IBF is eager to see Haye V Joshua, bumping Haye up to 3rd after knocking out a couple of "bouncers".
Hayes head and shoulders above any of the current top 15, so really they should just make Haye number 1 contender, but as they will insist on a title eliminator then Haye V Pulev? walk in the park.

Its justice for Haye, as no one else is giving the guy a break, so all credit to the IBF as they know he's a world class boxer and they want to see their champion (Joshua) defend his belt against someone who can actually box.
What would you rather, Joshua faces these bums, or he is actually tested? surely you want to see an actual fight take place between two talented boxers.
The other orgs need to take lessons on enforcing mandatories.
Whether you like the IBF or not, you gotta give them props for sticking to their **** better than the other guys.
Parker can fight, and at least has a quality win on his resume. There's no value in AJ making endless voluntaries - other than filling his promoter's account.
