Marquez ain't fought in OVER 2 years. He's 42 years old right now but will be 43 by the time IF they fight. Last time we saw him a bum Alvardo put him on his butt. The fight before that Bradley out worked and outboxed him. He doesn't have a relevant win since Dec 2012 when he KOd Manny. That's going on 4 years ago and he's had a million injuries. Marquez is not the same fighter he once was.
This. And though Cotto has had a lot of wear and tear over the years, he's managed to get through the last 3-4 years without much damage.
