-Never negotiate any fight

GGG is not a PPV attraction so virtually every potential fight will need to be on network tv

His highest purse to date is allegedly $2 million and virtually no other fighter brings any fans and/or money

Thurman/Porter was allegedly a success and the combined purses of the main event fighters was $2.4 million so ......

GGG $2 million, Jacobs/BJS $400 k: fight wont happen

GGG $1.5 million, Jacobs/BJS $900 k: fight wont happen

GGG $1 million, Jacobs/BJS $1.4 million: fight wont happen

GGG $500k, Jacobs/BJS $1.9 million: Jacobs/BJS might be tempted to start negotiations but will almost certainly hold out for more

Unless a network takes a punt or a fairy godmother appears out of this air, these fights arent happening because networks/promoters arent registered charities that are happy to take a likely loss just to give a fighter a big payday

Look back at the tapes. Yordanis Despaigne beat Golovkin in the amateurs. Crazy bogus refs just giving points away to Lil'G on frantic swinging attempts those judges were on crack. But then again Floyd and Roy Jones Jr. were robbed on point based systems during the Olympics... so.

Yordanis Despaigne is as big as Sullivan Barrera now, and Yordanis was pounding on Golovkin in that bout there were times Golovkin looked sloppy on counters as if he was hurt.

If GGG is the star you guys claim he is, then his team needs to stop being cheap and pay Jacobs the $$$ he asks for.

All I hear is GGG sold out this aren in 5 seconds. Or GGG had 20,000 fans at this venue, etc, etc. GGG is a massive star.

If that's the case, then pay Jacobs the $$$ he wants. Once BJS stops ducking Jacobs, Jacobs can KO BJS and will in turn make the GGG-Jacobs fight that much more lucrative.

Canelo, who's a real star I might add, got Khan 13 mil. But GGG who's supposed to be just as big a star if not bigger than Canelo, can't get Jacobs a measly 4-5 mil?
