And they don't train to create muscle in the same way you do, they train using more body weights. Yet they have muscles of a bodybuilder.
I posted links to pics of Wlad, AJ, Wilder, and I would add Haye too.

So, for someone like AJ or Wlad to be in that type of shape is not that difficult as they are literally paid to be in the almost every day of the week.

-Your height/weight?
-Pics of your body to see you're not bsing over exaggerating your fitness levels? Preferably, not when you have a pump from lifting.Last edited by UNBIASED BOXING; 06-27-2016, 08:15 PM.

Being buff doesnt mean automatically your on steroids. Do you even workout bro? Im not saying they are clean though joshua is probably on some peds and haye is too. But boxers train their ass off and do lots of conditioning and strength training so thats how they get so much muscle.

These guys have been training and working towards being a pro boxer since they were kids if not teenagers.

I workout like 6 days a week and I'm by no means a big guy. Typically, I train for lean muscle mass, sets of 10-15 on everything that I do. Every other day, I either do HIIT or treadmill for cardio. My diet is crap, like literally, I drink a ton, eat McDonalds at least two days a week and like the chips. Even so, I'm still at like 10%-12% body fat with the crappy diet. When I start to diet, I can lean out really quickly because my diet is the only thing holding me back. People have asked me if I'm on steroids when I try to diet because I guess you look much bigger when you are leaned out.
It takes dedication to get really lean unless you have really good genetics and are young. My brother is like that, very lean and he does what he wants but he isn't a big guy either. I have a stockier frame and will pack on the pounds if I stay away from the gym for a month or so.
Most of the top boxers are on the gear because they need that edge, I truly believe that. But..........I know from personal experience that you can get in great shape with nothing at all. I only take whey protein shakes and fish oil pills....2 shakes a day at 30 grams a shake and Oikos Triple 0 Greek yogurt, 22 grams per serving. Keep it around 1 gram of protein for each pound of bodyweight and cut out the carbs, you'll be ripped soon enough.

Unless you're Tyson Fury, and you don't put in jack.
