    2. I understand that because of those interviews, people like yourself are going to give him heat.

    I get it.

    What I'm saying is:

I don't literally hang on to what fighters and their managers say, especially if it's said while they're on their way up.

It's just silly to go back to old interviews and hold people to their comments.

Again, in 2009, Virgil Hunter said at 32 Andre would be a HW champ. Did you read that at the time? Did you take it literally?

If we both wanted to, we could search online for interviews with GG and Leoffler and post up about 50 between us, all of which would say different things.

Now I can post links that completely contradict your links, after his circumstances had changed.

I can post links that say the following:

"We'd be willing to go to 154 and up to 168, but only if the timing is right and it makes sense. We'd only do that for the right fight.

"We'd only be willing to drop to 154 for Floyd only."

"We wouldn't be willing to drop to 154 to fight Canelo."

    So whose links take precedence?

Andre Ward said that the winner of the Super Six had to fight Bute.

After he won the Super Six, he said a fight had to build up and Bute had to prove himself.

He also said he'd be willing to rematch Kessler and Froch.

    Then he said he wasn't.

He said he'd be willing to fight Dawson at a CW.

Then he said it had to be at 168.

Canelo said he'd only fight GG at 155.

He then said 160 was no problem and he invited GG into the ring to show he wasn't scared and he wanted the fight next.

He then relinquished the belt to make negotiations easier.

He then went on to sign a contract to fight Liam Smith at JMW.

Then after the fight was signed, they had negotiations with Loeffler and GG and said they wanted the fight for sometime next year.

So I could post a ton of links from Andre, Virgil, Canelo and Oscar that all say completely different things at different times.

And you can do that with any fighter.

If you want to hate on him and Loeffler for the comments they've made, again, fair enough.

I'm just asking you to use your common sense and assess the whole situation.

What you're doing is, you're holding him to comments he's said previously, and then using them as a stick to beat him with.

Only an idiot would condone Canelo's actions on the basis of what GG and Loeffler said 3 years ago.

We've had a good go at this now, and I don't see the point in taking it any further.

We'll have to agree to disagree.

You have chosen to be childishly tolerant for a reason.

You are attempting to insinuate that the lies told by Team Golovkin for FOUR YEARS were just off-handed throw-away comments that were never meant to be taken seriously..... but, in reality you know that the "anyone from 154-168" schtick was a calculated marketing ploy intended to create a false image, and you also know that those same comments were made right throughout 2015, and again recently.

I get it, you love Golovkin.

And I am well-aware that you can post a link detailing Loeffler's weak excuse when they back-tracked on the 154-168 thing.

Your problem is this, they did not refuse to fight Ward the first time around, they refused to fight him the 2nd time Ward approached them..... the first time around they demanded a 164lb catchweight.

I don't have a lot of respect for a grown man who either doesn't object to being lied to, or doesn't know when he is being played.

I detect some degree of intelligence in your posts, so I think you are being dishonest, rather than naive/gullible..... either way, let's agree to disagree and leave it there.

Again, we've had a good go but we're now at the end of the road.

      Apologies for any insults.

I've thoroughly enjoyed debating/arguing with you.

      We'll agree to disagree.

I'll catch you on another topic.

      Cheers.
Are you new on this site? Why do you keep entertaining one of the worst trolls on this website? Check out his history, he posts the same 2-3 phrases for almost 2 years now hating on GGG.

GGG said 154-168 when he was unknown in the US and he was actually honest and took any fighter HBO offered him to get a TV date during the first year in the US. He even accepted a Ward fight in 2013.

After that, since late 2013 GGG changed plans and said he will focus on 160, unifying the division, only move up for a huge PPV Event like a Froch in England.

      End of story.
