danny jacobs is speaking candidly. you should listen. and try reading between the lines, too, if you can. golovkin is a dangerous fighter, and these guys are ducking him.

So if any other fighter says "the $$$ isn't right (i.e. Pac, GGG, etc), it's ok.

But if any fighter tells GGG the $$$ isn't right, they're ducking?

If GGG is the star everyone says he is, he should have no problems paying Jacobs the money he asks for.

If BJS would stop ducking Jacobs, once Jacobs KO's him, the Jacobs - GGG fight will be that much bigger.

i don't think you understand at all how purses in boxing work. golovkin doesnt "pay jacobs" anything. danny wants more than the 1.5 million he got against quillin, which has effectively priced himself off of HBO or showtime, and into ppv.

networks buy fights on premium TV. they won't pay more than 3ish million for a single fight. it eats up too much of the budget for the year. remember bradley - alexander? that awful fight that ended in a head clash and ruined HBO's budget for a year and got people fired? no? kind of my point.
