Wow I just thought of something Canelo wins the WBO then Unifys 154 he becomes Lineal in two weights -- but really he is already Lineal at 154 with a Win over Lara...so yeah Im buying dis..Oscar DelaHoya is a GENIUS!

I'm thinking it'll be on the level of Patrick Charpentier.

GBP is taking Canelo down the path of that part of his career right now.

Lmao I feel so done with this sport at times, you know what makes it worse?
****** blind fanbases who will root for these *******s through any type of bull**** that they do!
Boxing needs something along the lines of UFC, less bull**** ducking and more of fighting the guys the public want you to fight.

I think it's fairly obvious he has no intentions of Golovkin and never has, unless he starts to look very old and shot in a couple of years time.

So this helps him to prepare for GGG next fall how? Maybe 2017 was all talk also. I thought he wanted time to get used to fighting 160lbers, guess its all a ruse.

A few things should be understood Canelo is not that good hence he fights guys like Khan and Smith .He is NOT a full middleweight if he can still make light middle. He should have fought Khan at light middle Khan would have only had to move up 1lb but would of still got sparked.

Canelo is doing himself down fighting these fights but maybe he thinks this is his level....is it?

This is obviously not a great fight, but at least Canelo is back at 154. Liam Smith might even have a chance if Canelo badly struggles to make the light middleweight limit.
