He'll be 35 next September and it's looking like he's only fighting twice this year. Pacquioa went to Showtime Tyson went to Showtime. Hell, Canelo went to Showtime.

If he stays at HBO should he forget the Canelo fight all together and start looking elsewhere? If he fights and beats Eubank should he start trying to get the winner of Ward vs. Kovalev? Take a fight at 168 next year and try to get a catchweight fight between 168 and 175? Or are we looking at Eubank, Heiland, hopefully Canelo?

Showtime won't help him make the Canelo fight. HBO hasn't helped him make the Cotto, Canelo, or BJS fight. They guys he's fighting on HBO, he could've fought on Showtime.

There is no reason for the guys at 154 to move up. If Canelo called of course they'd move up. Khan moved up two divisons for Canelo. The reason they'd move up for Canelo and not GGG is the same reason GGG would move up for Froch and Chavez but not Ward. Money!

I keep bringing up the fight in the UK because if that happens it shows HBO isn't willing to spend the money on big fights. The reason Loeffler isn't talking about Jacobs and the WBA madatory is because he doesn't want it to go to purse bid, which it would because Al ain't sending Jacobs to HBO for cheap and Loeffler isn't to keen on paying what Haymon wants for Jacobs and taking another chance on a PPV.

Which leads me back to GGG going to the UK to fight Eubank. Eubank has accomplished nothing to have the champ come fight him in his backyard. Eubank should be fighting GGG in America. GGG is the name. GGG is the champ. Why is he going to the UK to fight him? Because HBO won't pay to bring Eubank here. He's going to fight on Matchrooms dime with HBO paying a smaller licence fee to broadcast the fight. That's the reason BJS didn't come over here. They couldn't get him more than $1.5 mil and Loeffler doesn't want to pay him more and take the chance of another PPV flop. Saunders is lesser known in the States than Lemieux. Frank Warren doesn't have the money to bring GGG over, Matchroom does.
