          I'm 6-2 207 and in good shape but I would boil my azz down to 175 cause them cruiser weights are killers... Not that LHW is any better lol..I'm getting KTFO either way...

            I'm 5'7 and my weight fluctuates between 152-156. I was doing massive weight lifting for years and my weight was up to 170 ish. I'm transitioned over the years to just cardio and light weights. If I were to fight, I'd stay at 140. I don't believe in shrinking down to an unhealthy size. 140 would probably be my best fighting weight
