Is Better Be really any good or a hype job and average maybe?

The Better Be seems to be more hype than a real title contender with good skills but no Kovalev or close to it a Kovie. Better Be is a hype job over rated with little actually being accomplished. Beating this last bum was no big deal. Kovalev is a real warrior not some commie hype job like Better Be.
