If Fury were to win the rematch vs Wlad and Wilder beats Arreola, I'd prefer to see that fight first.

      Joshua vs Parker
      Wilder vs Fury

      Winners fight.

      A man can dream.

Stiverne is the only Wilder opponent worth mentioning, stop embarassing yourself.

The rest of these guys 'you actually heard of before' were washed up and way past their primes. And some of them still gave him fits.

I know you play the rabid fanboy angle and are hardly worth replying to on topics like this but Wilder was booked to fight Povetkin. Joshua hasn't been set up for anything near that level, which is the statement I made. You can get angry and throw insults all day but the facts aren't on your side here.

            Exactly.

He was scheduled to fight Povetkin in a fight that would take him on the level we're talking about. But the fight didn't happen and it wasn't his fault.

Which doesn't change the fact that he's never been on that level, just like AJ. His fault or not, it doesn't really matter.

Yeah and I wouldn't be surprised if Joshua gets popped a week out from the fight for some pseudo PED just like Povetkin.

Wilder is on that level enough that most odds makers favored him, as well as analysts. I actually thought Povetkin might win but I'm not foolish enough to pretend Wilder isn't on the level to compete with top 5 guys. As I said, they're not booking Joshua with legit top 5's yet.

BTW, I'm done arguing over this, get in a last word if needed.

                  Wilder-Joshua is a really enticing match-up.

With SHO having both fighters on board, hopefully we see that fight...if not this year, then next year.

Not many GGG fights are worth mentioning...don't set yourself up like that.

Wilder would be set to Baptize Povetkin, but the Russian got busted for cheating.
