Comments Thread For: Hearn: A Cruiser Knocked Fury on His Ass, He's Made For Joshua

Barry Hearn, founder of Matchroom Sport, views IBF heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua (16-0, 16KOs) as the number one heavyweight in the world. Joshua is back in action on Saturday night at the O2 Arena in London. He will defend his title for the very first time, against unbeaten American Olympian Dominic Breazeale.

Joshua-Fury would be an awesome fight because they're both chinny and can ****. Joshua has tried to build neck muscle like Khan did, but he still gets wobbled by the same punches that dropped him in the amateurs.

'He can't take a shot.' Holds a shot pretty well, actually. The Cunningham KD was a bit of a weird one, as he got caught with an overhand right when he was stood square. A flash knockdown to Nevan Pajkic where he wasn't really hurt... Was he down another time? Can't remember.

amir mansour knocked down AJ next opponent. He also won every round but inadvertently bit his tongue and retired on his stool.
Fury is the best heavyweight in Britain and AJ needs to beat a top 10 heavyweight on his CV. He could be the best but not yet!

Fury gets caught standing square, throwing his own right, often.

He keeps his head on the line of defense and thats a no no and counter waiting to happen.

Lol weren't that what people were saying as to why Wlad would KO Fury?

Joshua has a good chance of beating Fury but it's nothing to do with the Cunningham knockdown.

Anyway, Fury clearly weren't focused properly with his usual trainer not being able to travel and he seemed to be caught up in the crowd, since then he's boxed much smarter.

Not only did he bite his tongue but breazeale broke Mansour's jaw in the 2nd round. He was having breathing issues swallowing blood. Breazeale may have ended Mansour's career.

The Pajkic knockout was the best shot that ever landed on Fury. Cunningham caught him too. After that he smartened up & put the pedal down. Although the Pajkic stoppage was a joke as Neven was clearly able to continue. He was pissed...
