If you are a fan the promoter, rather than the fighter, then I guess pulling out of a purse bid is the ultimate duck. Fight fans see things differently though. This fight was made twice ... and Stevenson ducked it twice.

Guess Showtime are not offering good money any more and now he needs the Kovalev fight. Stevenson done a good business move but he made it out like Kovalev was ducking him, which was clearly not the case. I don't think he will beat Kovalev. I would also favour Ward in the Kovalev fight but just.

stevensons best days are behind him he'll be 39 YEARS old when kovalev even after he loses to ward will still be in later stages of his prime but still in his prime nonetheless, kovalev will beat him in 2017 tho
