    Thurman getting dominated this Saturday?

    Anyone have a gut feeling.

I've heard that his training was altered because of the accident and probably didn't get a good amount of sparring rounds in.

I don't like making excuses for fighters but this might be a legit one.

He might not be 100% on Saturday

I don't see Thurman getting dominated but i expect Porter to win, Thurman sometimes let the fight go away, and wins with only the necessary and that can be an error against Porter.

I expect Thurman to utterly destroy Football player Porter. Finish him in 8 rounds.

I still don't see what is supposed to be so good about Porter.
He is strong and physical with a good tank but the guy is pure sloppy, predictable and should be very easy to dictate and time on his way in.

Bounce, bounce, lunges in face first behind something thrown from 3 streets away then proceeds to smother himself. He's more like an MMA fighter than he is a boxer.

I think Thurman picks him apart.
His jab, footwork, ring I.Q, timing.
I don't see him losing to a fighter like Shaun Porter.

Seriously hard time imagining him getting dominated. But, if Porter pressures him, it will be a close victory for Shawn. Keith seems to need room to work and doesn't like close quarters dirty boxing. Porter will be one of the best at bringing the pressure to him.

However if Shawn tried to box with him, Keith on points. I don't see either guy getting dominated and if it goes anything like their sparring it will be an awful as as both guys respect each other too much.

Thurman likes pressure fighters. I think this will be one bout Porter isn't going to be loose, certainly not like he did against Broner. I see Porter getting rattled on Thurman's overhand when turtled up followed by combos and then clinching then they reset. Thurman loves back work and counterring. I hope Porter boxes smart. I bet Keith wins by TKO.

                  thurman ain't dumb man.

all he has to do is follow brook's gameplan, and since he has power it'll work even better than brooks plan. easy work.

If Thurman is strong and can stand the distance, I would expect him to come through.

But I don't think he's stronger than Porter, and his stamina is questionable as well as his chin. Porter is not the biggest puncher though.

Thurman does the cleaner work, but gets physically exhausted during the later rounds.

                    close decision either way.
