https://m.reddit.com/r/Boxing/commen..._casting_firm/
i know that this is true, as i received an email from 1iota last wednesday asking if i wanted to go to the show. text of the email:
"Hey [redacted]!
This Friday night, 1iota is proud to be able to bring you to one of the Southland's most exciting sporting events. Premier Boxing Champions, presented by SPIKE, will be at the Citizens Business Bank Arena in Ontario, CA and YOU can be there for FREE! 1iota will be bringing a very special group of SUPER FANS down on the floor to surround these Champions as they make their entrances, and then hit the seats for the main events! It's going to be awesome, and you can be a part of it all! Just go to 1iota.com to get your free tickets NOW."

PBC is called premier boxing champions but the fans know that the premier fighters and fights are not being shown on PBC that's why they don't care. It's really mls. Casual fans know garbage when they see it. Fonfara as a main event on nbc is mls soccer.

I'm not sending you the link so you can get free tickets to a fight that already aired I pointed to the links wit people talking about pbc using this agency to give away free tickets you re tard.
There is literally no mention of anything PBC on it. Maybe they got tickets to fill in certain spots on certain shows, but the appearance of things is that they got nowhere near the thousands upon thousands of free tickets to hand out that you want to insinuate.
PBC has 7 fight cards booked for the month of June.
Can you point to a single fight card this month where 1iota has a grip of tickets to give away?
Can you point to a single fight card this year where 1iota was giving away tickets?
again, this is all public information, that could be easily linked to, yet you've only got insinuations.

$300 x 400 = 120k
That's 3400 tickets at 231k.
$125 x 2150 = 269k
So even by your own ****** inflated numbers that's only 5550 tickets sold. 500 more then my estimate. LMAO
I'm glad we both agree now that they didn't sell half the tickets of their attendance since the math proves that is impossible based on the ticket prices.

400 ringside tickets sold is my guess, I don't think that 800-1000 $150 tickets sold is outlandish, and selling 1000 $100 tickets isn't crazy either.
The live gate number was just about $510k in ticket revenue; as I've been saying, there were far more tickets sold at $50 and $25 than you want to acknowledge.

After Kathy Duva's big announcement last year that Kovalev had resigned with HBO and he would now fight out of Vegas he hasn't fought there since his fight against Mohammadi sold 1600 tickets. They comped and gave away more tickets than they sold. He's fighting at the T-Mobile center against Ward. Which is ****** because Ward has never fought there and Kovalev flopped his last time in Vegas. And if Canelo couldn't sell out the T-mobile arena Ward and Kovalev aint gonna do it. Lomachenko vs Martinez sold under 5,000. Bradley vs Rios sold around the same. Bradley vs Pac didn't sell out the MGM Grand. Canelo vs Khan didn't sell out T-mobile and Floyd vs Berto had a higher gate. Steve Kim is a known PBC hater.
LA TIMES proved it by looking up the live gate (500k) impossible to sell much more then 5k tickets to generate such a low live gate.Last edited by bigdunny1; 06-20-2016, 03:13 AM.
