These clowns aint even lineal champs. This is Crawford's first time fighting a true 140lb champion. Who the **** has Thurman beat? These fighters aint did nothing. They don't deserve the opportunity to take the torch

They didn't stop fighting once they beat Oscar. They've given other fighters the opportunity to take it. They all failed. But my main point is none of these fighters have even earned the opportunity to get a shot a Mayweather or Pacquiao. Porter is probably the only on who's earned his shot. And he's the only one that's not talking about Mayweather and making his own name.

When Pacquiao and Mayweather got their shot against De La Hoya they had made themselves the elephant in the room you couldn't ignore. Pac was world champ in 7(?) weight classes. Floyd was going for his 4th lineal title and world champion in his 5th weight class. None of these fighters today come anywhere close to that. When you don't separate yourself from the rest, you're waiting to win the Mayweather/Pacquiao lottery.

If Ward gets past Kovalev expect the boxing PTB to carefully build him a path to the heavyweight championship

Are you ****** or are you dumb? Did I not just explain how Floyd was going for his 5th world title in 5 different weight classes when he fought Oscar? And he'd already had 4 lineal titles. Da fuq you mean who had he fought? Obviously he fought the best because he'd been the best (lineal) in 4 different weight classes. Pacquiao had been world champion in 7 different weight classes by the time he faced De La Hoya. Pray tell what Thurman, Khan, Crawford have done to earn a shot at Manny or Floyd?

What did Maidana/Ortiz/Guerrero do? They did more than Thurman/Crawford/Khan. Like I said. When you don't become the elephant in the room and distinguish yourself from the rest, you wait to win the Mayweather/Pacquiao lottery. I like the route Porter is taking. He doesn't even mention Mayweather. He's trying to fight the best and distinguish himself from the rest of the Welterweights. I wish the other fighters had his mindset.

Floyd was p4p number 1 for years already when he faced Oscar, he was also the lineal champ at welterweight after beating Judah and Baldomir (Judah was undesputed champ when they agreed to fight but lost his tune up fight to Baldomir, who was unbeaten in eight years

Tell me what rank are these kids p4p?

Also, Floyd had these people on his resume

Gennaro Hernandes (ubeaten at 130lbs, wbc and lineal champ)

Jose Luis Castillo x2 (wbc and lineal champ at 135)

                  Angel Manfredy

                  Augustus

Diego Corrales (ubeaten at 130 and feared by everyone, in his prime)

Zab Judah (Undesputed welterweight champion, in his prime)

Carlos Baldomir (unbeaten in eight years and dethroned undesputed champ Judah and a tune up for the Mayweather bout)

Floyd was a already a four division champion when he fought Dela Hoya.

Lol, how dare you compare these kids to 2007 Floyd? Do you even have a real brain?

                    He's probably right.

And lol at everyone saying "they moved past it" right after the fight yet you can find them either baiting or crying about the fight months after.
