Casual fans help create events, not just Boxing, but for all big fighting events. In many ways its a compliment to Haye that he's such a popular fighter, as the sport needs entertainers.
Imagine a roster of 15 Wlad's, robots, that may appeal to some, yet it would kill boxing, so I'm pleased we currently have a variety of boxers (styles/personalities) on the roster and you are entitled to your opinion on Haye, yet we both know Haye would be a dangerous opponent for Joshua.
Pulev? the fighter that went 12 rounds with Chisora and Thompson? Haye is on a different level to these guys and this is what some don't recognise.
The poster above (artofpugilism) summed it up well, there is a lack of depth in HW boxing and if Haye faces the Cobra or Pulev, it matters not, Haye defeats these guys.
If you match Pulev V Cobra, Pulev is clearly the better fighter, but the trouble with HW boxing is that the leading fighters are that much superior to the rest of the roster, that unless they are signed up to fight each other, all opponents are safe fights.
As for Pulev being a different level than Haye, maybe a bigger puncher but as far as I'm concerned Pulev is the far more accomplished at heavy, I honestly believe he'd beat Haye and Joshua, possibly even Fury too if he landed one of his big shots.

Yes I do believe it benefits Fury...1. I've already said I think Klit should have been stopped in the first fight 2. I believe Fury will do better in this fight without the disadvantages imposed on him and the improvements made since (strength, confidence etc)
If you add those 2 beliefs together why the hell would I think it benefits Klitschko? Nothing from the first fight makes me think Klitschko will do better, taking into account everything I have mentioned as well (gloves, ring, home advantage, confidence, Fury's expected improvements)
Fury will stop him late rounds. That's my prediction. If you want to bet on a different outcome then we can do it

There's absolutely no doubt that the rounds that could have gone either way went to Klitschko as the hometown boy. If the same happens in part 2 then it's 12-0 Fury.

the irony is strong with this one.

Pathetic.
But you're a Fury fan so hey ho, I'll just acknowledge those guys were great tutelage.Last edited by Jewish-Reptile; 06-19-2016, 03:45 PM.

I remember you saying it may not be enough for Fury to win but he will come out looking the best of any recent challengers in the past few years. Now you want full kudos for Fury ! I'm afraid it don't work like that, mate.
That's definitely not the same as claiming someone got too old or over the hell or whatever.
The Wlad Fury fought would have still beaten Haye, Wilder, Povetkin etc.

You mean he agrees with your agenda, whilst the other two do not and don't deserve to be scoring fights, right ? Instead we're to acknowledge a butt hurt British fan boy desperate to see Fury credited as he's British. I'm going to enjoy reading your responses if Wlad goes on to lose to somebody like Wilder here after he he decides to fight on after July.
I'm not complaining, I'm comparing. Their is the irony.
Fury was more committed and aggressive pre USS fight, had Wlad nt have been ducked in 2012 by Fury it would most certainly made a more exciting fight, are you telling me because Fury fought Chisora again in a fight which was extremly poor he was a better fighter ? Chisora was a shell by the time Fury rematches him, if you're saying getting twelve rounds against a guy who blocks punches with his face benefited him I'll have to agree with you. Or I suppose you're referring to the wins over Abell and Ammer as being great seasoning fights for his career I'd say those guys brought even less than the shell of Chisora in 2014.
But you're a Fury fan so hey ho, I'll just acknowledge those guys were great tutelage.
You know, I didn't really think he won the fight, I don't like him, I think he's crap - But I hide it because he's British.Sometimes, would really take a long hard look at the absolutely hilarious things you have said to defend Klitschko before you call someone else a fanboy. i mean, that's just idiotic.
Lol, bitter that Wlad didn't get to fight a kid. You really are pathetic.
Fury won. He won handily. That most likely would have happened in 2012 too.

Whether you admit it or not and we can poll this just to prove it, Wlad is not and was not the fighter he was in 2015 he was in his pomp. It's s cold hard truth, yet he's still good enough to beat Fury, if he can draw upon the willingness to roll bak the years. If not and he goes out on another limp abject points loss we'll know why he was so eager to face Fury three years previously, as he could feel himself the winters having begun to catch up with him.
If its another loss I'll accept it for what it is, him fighting on and taking on the more challenging challengers too late in his career, ok it detracts from Fury but that shouldn't be looked upon as his win being any less than what was a great accomplishment for himself in managing to wrestle the titles from a champion still deemed invincible by many and more. In some ways I'll always respect Fury for the manner in which he dug his heels in and managed to go 12 with Wlad, it takes a talented fighter to go 12 with the boss.

Would you not prefer Fury taking kudos for defeating a 2012 version of Klitschko ? I'm not so sure Fury would have won, im really not. I won't gripe on, I have pretty much accepted Fury is the better man at this stage of his career.
I don't have to laugh at my own comments I have yours for that, although I do attempt to add some humour to them which at times make me giggle, I in no way find my comments as amusing as your own. Lol.
