REAL fans understand that the total amount of functional muscle-mass and conditioning that you can take into a fight is determined at the official weigh-in..... rehydration weight, or water-weight, will not help at all in that regard, and can even be detrimental.

Canelo has never fought a middleweight opponent, and has never prepared for a fight where he will weigh more than 155.

He will be much stronger at 160, just like Ward is at 175.
