BIG MISTAKE since Loma is ranked as one of the greatest olympic/ams fighter.
The greatest according to many observers.

Was Floyd a 2 times olympic/3 times world gold medalist in 2 different weight classes at 28? NO...

As I already said, just IMHO, it's harder to get olympic gold than being a belt holder in the pros altough we're talking about 2 different approaches of the sport of boxing.

Floyd was robbed of his chance to win gold in a blatant robbery, where would Loma be now if he had been robbed both times and got bronze both times??? Exactly.

Again, did Floyd would have "body bagged" Salido in his second pro fight?

    Def not IMO.

If you think Loma is all hype, you're DAMN WRONG, he earned that hype with his amateur pedigree and taking world class fighters in his first pro fights.

******ed? Be polit you internet bully.
I'm actually schooling you with straight facts in your own language (English is my 3rd language).

If you can read properly in your own language you'll find out what I asked.

I asked if they were the best technicians Floyd fought (I think so), OBVIOUSLY they are technicians.

I never said Loma beat Oscar.

I think he's a better technician and a slicker fighter.

Doesn't mean he'll have a better pro career or would have beat Oscar in a fight at 135 where prime Oscar was a beast.

Cotto failed in the ams at the world championship and olympic level.
    Amateur boxing is about technics.

IMO Floyd never fought a fighter technically deep as Loma.
He fought better fighters tough, beginning by another southpaw, the Pac man.

The thing is Loma is still getting better.

Yeah considered one of the greatest amateurs because of the other great fighters who win gold actually go pro afterwards....He waited quite a while.

    https://<iframe width="420" height="...reen></iframe>

I think Floyd from his first fight would find a way to beat Salido.....and that's just being honest.

    And he's not a Prospect. He's a champion.
who gives a **** about his olympic run when talking about a 130 mayweather. infact i think rigo had a better amateur run in my personal opinion.

    130 mayweather ko's lomachenko.

lomachenko outboxes floyd easily. tell me, has floyd fought anyone as skilled as loma at 130? not only skilled but a southpaw, big puncher, quick hands, beautiful movement and combinations.hahahahahahahah

No offense but who cares if Floyd would have been able to smoke him at 130. Does that mean Lomo is a ****ty fighter.

These new generation fans are ridiculous at times.

Lomo has some great skill. Is he an ATG, who knows he is in the midst of his career. All I know right now dude is damn good so far.

                ^This right here.

I'd love to see what happens when Loma is standing across the ring with a counter-puncher of Marquez' caliber...

Every time I check out Camacho's youtube fights at 130, I cannot believe what I am seeing. Camacho changed his style and things went a little south for him at 135 on up due to his lifestyle, the Rosario fight, and other things going on in his life but at 130, OMG that was one amazing fighter. The way he would hit a guy with 10 straight punches from all angles and turn them and do the same was amazing to watch.

Time will tell...
In order for Loma to be considered a better fighter than Mayweather he will need to beat opposition who are better than the fighters Floyd has beaten...
