That was Boxing After Dark. Those numbers are always lower than HBO Championship Boxing. Lomachenko numbers are worse because he was on HBO Championship Boxing. His numbers would be considered horrible if they were Boxing After Dark

i agree..but i do blame walters for missing weight..but he was off 8 months and got a bad sickness...but at the same time he told lomo he could still try to make 126 if walters missed the weight lomo could have brought in a low level replacement bc that is wat opirpenyo was right??

opirpenyo is the same type of comp u get in a low level replacement that they could have had on hold...

i give lomo's team 70% or more of the blame for the terrible fake offer tho..

That's the main event that did 460K viewers. The entire showtime card avg only 300 something viewers. Here are the showtime undercard fight ratings

Arum made a threat after this fight saying HBO needs to pay Loma more or he's going to PPV. Based on these ratings what possible justification can anyone make that HBO should pay him more? Vargas and Salido combined made less then half what Loma made yet they drew thousands more to the arena and drew 30% higher TV ratings. There is other way to paint this then terrible ratings that prove how little fanbase loma really has. If Arum signed him to a foolish contract then he will need to pay out of pocket to get him opponents because HBO won't do it. And there is no market for him on PPV. Walters and any opponent just got a big piece of leverage at the negotiations table.
